6. At one point, looking out at the skyscrapers, from the massive bank of windows alongside our table, I casually remarked to the waiter that it was too bad they didn't have a foldout map of the skyline view so that you were able to identify the various buildings.

7. bad first impression, had called weeks before to assure 2 beds, front desk didn't reflect the change, had to wait for 20 minutes while they worked it out, (awkward) rooms are nice, enjoyed the bathroom, the tub fills with aqua in a minute or two flat, turn down service is awesome, they deliver chocolates (best i ever tasted) and bottled water, had charges on card at checkout that we disputed.

8. Aside from that my wife and I still want to return very badly as this was one of the best hotel stays we have ever had here in the states.
