1. The bad: no individual heat control, so the room was hot and stuffy.

2. Lots of little things below par: Toilet seat had a piece broken on the lid rim, paint finish in shower room was poor, large sink was badly placed so that you had to be careful not to trip over the shower tray as they almost overlapped.
