2. We placed a call late evening for a bucket of ice and a second call 50 minutes later to the front desk to inquire as to where it was? In my view this level of service at this hotel is unacceptable at any time for any reason.

3. Cons were: (i) valet parking which is $65, even though the hotel's website lists it as $50; (ii) wifi is $15 a day (this is unacceptable for a luxury hotel.
