3. There have been some other reviews noting disappointment about the staff, in this regard I would disagree.

4. Complimentary champagne is a nice gesture but how many bottles can you drink? In all seriousness, that when alerted to problems they did what they could to assuage the disappointment.

7. Bit of feedback to the hotel, it would be great at time of booking to ask whether you'd like to book a table, to avoid disappointment.

8. The only slight disappointment was that if you want to eat downstairs, you are in the running with external diners so BOOK EARLY - there is no preferential treatment for residents of the hotel.
