1. Only drawback in the room was the noise of the A/C, however it was necessary as it was so humid outside.

4. I would suggest a high floor like other reviewers have mentioned to get a way from the street noise and get a better view.

5. I got a room on the 3rd floor with park view (which was nice) but I don't know if it's the glazing or the walls but the acoustic insulation is not really up to scratch which means you will get a lot of noise (it's NYC after all.
