7. - One of the biggest issues we had was the smell of smoke from the fireplace that totally permitted the lobby, not in a good way but rather in an overpowering and offensive way.

8. - Our paper was never delivered in 4 days- The coffee service in the lobby which is supposed to be ready at 7AM was still nowhere to be found at 7:40, which is a little frustrating when seeking the caffeine fixThose however are minor annoyances compared to some of the larger issues:- The rooms, at least the one we had was to put it mildly functionally obsolete.

9. In summary, while our issues may be considered small by some, the Gramercy Park clearly doesn't deserve the reputation it has (or tries to perpetuate)--and certainly not at its price point (over $700/night in our case).

10. I told her that I didn't know what it was, and I didn't want to make a big deal out of it, but given the NYC bed bug issues, I thought she should be aware of it.
