But when finally checking in I had to ask for my bag 4 times, when asked if I could extend the valet parking with 2 hours I was told I had to come back in the middle of the day to get the car and then have it re parked and I would still be charged for another 24 hours of parking? When asked if they could recommend another garage nearby they couldn't, and as I had not brought laptop and sadly have no smartphone (I know, sad.
