1. As the hotel was full we could not be moved until the next day but were given a complementry drink at the bar and I believe the hotel handled the complaint adequetly.

2. My only complaint is that the free morning coffee service ends at 7 am, I think in a hotel of this nature there should be coffee and tea available to everyone in the morning.

4. When I called the front desk to ask to have the noise turned down, one of the staff said that they get complaints all the time and there is no soundproofing from the club downstairs which blasts music until 2am.

5. My only complaint: it was really, really hot in NYC during our visit, and the AC seemed to be less effective than it could have been.

7. My only complaint about the hotel is that they really talked up the roof top bar when we checked in, but when we went up right at 5 when it opened for a drink, they told us that it was closed for a private event.

10. When he returned he told me that they had 'turned on' the air-conditioning in the hotel - in fact, it had been turned off for the whole hotel because somebody complainted that it was too cold.
