1. A basic for any hotel like this is to ensure its guests get a great nights sleep - this was not the case and were constantly interrupted with late night revellers making noise in their rooms to the extent we could hear their ablutions.

4. When I called the front desk to ask to have the noise turned down, one of the staff said that they get complaints all the time and there is no soundproofing from the club downstairs which blasts music until 2am.
