2. The Taj hotels has invested a lot of money and clearly, (keeping in mind it is a Apt building first and fore most) there is a complete lack of the Indian hospitality.

On the plus side:- Beautiful hotel- excellent location- big room with decent city views (suite on 11th floor)- good room service- attentive front of house- one of the best hotel bathrooms I've experienced (albeit a bit small) Negative:- this hotel just lacks that something 'special' to make it memorable.
