1. Granted, it is often the nature of large/chain/luxury hotels, and it is hard to fault service which was generally faultless, but there was nothing memorable or personable about the whole experience.

2. It could hardly be better located (if you want to be mid/uptown); it is luxurious and we felt pampered, but we came away feeling let down by the whole experience.

3. - Front desk staff that give you a hard sell about making your next reservation with them (if occupancy isn't what they think it should be, perhaps they should address basic service issues first)- Misleading information on Amex FH&R benefits.
