4. - Front desk staff that give you a hard sell about making your next reservation with them (if occupancy isn't what they think it should be, perhaps they should address basic service issues first)- Misleading information on Amex FH&R benefits.

6. The only very small issue was that the air -con in the rooms is loud and when we turned it off and opened the window, our room overlooked the back of the hotel and the main air conditioning unit for the hotel was underneath us which was even more noisy.

10. We got the voucher for the hotel stay as a gift, so price wasn`t an issue and I know it is expensive, but while it may not have the large marbel foyer of some 5 stars (and i`ve stayed in many) it is lovely and the service is certainly great and you won`t beat the location.
