1. The mattress was VERY hard and uncomfortable, our heater unit was literally falling off the wall, as was the smoke detector.

3. After MANY MANY attempts to beg and ask for another room she finally put us on the east tower into a smaller room with only one bed for four people? As you can imagine it was so so uncomfortable; but we could just not stay in a room with bugs.

Con's - The decor of the room is old and worn down, housekeeping never left enough towels after cleaning (only left one bath towel for 3 guests), mini fridge either froze things in it or didn't stay cold (nothing in between), pull out bed was old and very uncomfortable, had to have keys reprogrammed for unknown reason, front desk was slow to respond when called about towels or sheets for the pull out bed.
