Con's - The decor of the room is old and worn down, housekeeping never left enough towels after cleaning (only left one bath towel for 3 guests), mini fridge either froze things in it or didn't stay cold (nothing in between), pull out bed was old and very uncomfortable, had to have keys reprogrammed for unknown reason, front desk was slow to respond when called about towels or sheets for the pull out bed.

2. The Annex has an extremely slow elevator, and you can't use the stairs without setting off the fire alarm.

3. The bathroom sink was slow to the point of stoppage, there was hair on the toilet and bed, trash in the stairwells, and grime.
