1. It also creates a security problem for guests as there is little control over who comes and goes in the hotel.

9. There is a roof top bar which can be a bit noisy if you are staying on the sixth floor (you can hear the music in your room) but as I was jetlagged this wasn't a problem, and am pretty sure it ends before 11 or midnight.

10. After about 10 minutes of debate, and me having to get a little upset, they realized that they were in the wrong, and fixed the problem.
