4. The only negative I can think of it that there is only one elevator and 6 floors, so the wait can be a few minutes at certain times of the day.

7. Only negative point about hotel was the roof top bar which after a long haul flight we were really looking forward to just chilling out up there at night and having something to drink and eat, but were not allowed to with children.

Well, let's begin with the 2 only positive statments:The location is greatParking is ok - 15$Then the negatives:The corridors stankThe towels were dirtyThe hotel is still in renovation (not mentioned and no discount offered)The employees were totally unhelpful, Housekeepers soooooo noisy (don't expect any nap after a good nightlife and take note that the rooms are not soundproofed) Housekeepers are thieves.
