2. During our stay, the hotel was undergoing some renovations however, we were not inconvenienced what so ever & the $10 restaurant vouchers in exchange for the disturbance made up for it.

5. Only real complaint, and this is minor, was that housekeeping is slow (not to be confused with not good--our room was immaculate)--our room wasn't picked up when we got back in the afternoon around 4:30/5 on two days (and no, we didn't have the do not disturb sign out).
