2. Great hotel but the restaurant was not good, no one spoke English well enough to take my order and then it was wrong but they did comp the entire meal including my wine.

3. We hopped on the wrong shuttle bus at the airport (went to the holiday inn Express instead of Seatac) and the Seatac Holiday Inn promptly came and picked us up.

7. The front desk staff wasnt very friendly, and the restaurant staff was slow and got our orders wrong.
