1. There was a delay in getting a cart for us and other guests to transport luggage so in the end we had to carry our own luggage up to the room.

2. nothing extraordinary about this hotel, shares airport shuttle with red roof inn so delay for stop to/from can be expected, takes a long time for credit card "incidentals" charges to be removed from the credit card account, room fair at best, tiny bathroom, recommend Priceline lower its rating to 2-star,.

3. Under the circumstances (bad weather/flight delays, etc) a lot of the employees couldn’t get to work and the ones that did worked very hard.

4. Room delivery of down pillows, bottled water, shaving cream, tooth brushes and paste in the evening without delay were very greatly appreciated.
