2. Maybe that, but the hotel is wedged in behind the Hway and overlooking the airport, so despite the relatively efficient soundproof windows, it was a bit noisy.

3. Having said that the staff were friendly and helpful, it wasn’t noisy and room service was surprisingly efficient although the quality of the food was awful.
