3. I like the convenience of the hotel location but their maintenance is poor, and I'm not even sure they do anything about it, except offer you a new room.

4. Then, you get to the room where the internet doesn't work (the front desk switched me to their subcontractors help desk, diagnostics shows low bandwidth, poor latency and 100% packet loss--it was still that way in the morning).
