1. unfortunately, the room was not warm enough, I believe the thermostat was broken, they came to fix it, but, it still didn't work .

7. unfortunately, when you are setting at the gate trying to get out, the staff appears to be in no hurry to respond to the intercom and when they did, I received the 3rd degree.

8. We request a room with 2 double beds, because we are a family of 4, unfortunately they gave us a tiny room at the end of the hall.
