ly, the room was not warm enough, I believe the thermostat was broken, they came to fix it, but, it still didn't work .
"It was upscale, clean and employees were very happy and eager to help . "

They were cut back for the holiday weekend which was
unfortunate
since there were several people who wanted to get a meal or a drink, but they had closed up.
"Front desk was very slow, had to change rooms since ours was not made up, restaurant was closed. "

ly, when you are setting at the gate trying to get out, the staff appears to be in no hurry to respond to the intercom and when they did, I received the 3rd degree.
