1. Front desk was polite, although I had problems with my reservations in the beginning when I called to confirm; they had lost my reservation, but were able to rebook us.

2. The room I was in was also right next to the elevator and while I didn't notice any problem at check in, come 6:00 am I could here the cables everytime the elevator was called.

4. Can't people just lock their doors if security is a problem? 2) Elevators were also slow and tiny but then again, it's an older building with some of that 1920s charm.
