1. We saw 4 rooms because we found either the street noise was too bad or a huge fan on the roof next door was very noisy.

7. Air conditioner is right next to the bed and noisy but if you run it at full blast before bed you should be able to make it through the night.

9. The only downside was we were facing the street which was noisy - turning on the cooler drowned out the nosie because it was rather loud - but, the bed and especialy the pillows were so comfortable sleep wasn't a problem.

10. Modern design, excellent restaurant (breakfast , lunch and diner) but rooms are very (sorry, very, very) noisy (street and neighbors )Located in downtown near convention center, about 15min by foot of Seattle Public Market.
