1. My biggest complaint however is the bed.
"STATY AWAY!!! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/2/2012 Vote
2. The only complaint I would have is that the airconditioning/heating was installed into the window and so if it wasn't on, the room was basically open to the outside cooling down the room quickly.
"Dog friendly, hip hotel " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/11/2012 Vote
3. My second complaint is that, while the hotel does seem to brand itself to be modern, hip, and convenient, it does charge for everything.
"Know what you're getting into, and you won't be disappointed! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/3/2012 Vote
4. My ONLY complaint is that it was a bit loud but that is to be expected in an urban hotel located in an older building.
"Urban Chic " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/15/2012 Vote
5. No complaints.
"Girls weekend in Seattle " Read full review on TripAdvisor   12/14/2011 Vote
6. My only complaints were the shower, which had a broken head that we had to rig to stay in place to get a decent shower, and the heater/windows.
"Fun for a last minute trip but won't stay again " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/14/2011 Vote
7. There were a few quibbles I could make - the elevator is very intimate, the rooms are small (a common complaint, just not one I care much about, personally) and our room was freezing (solvable with the AC/heating unit, but did take some experimentation), but it was much better than the price we paid for it, a good location, and generally a good place to lay your head.
"Hipsterness aside, a very good hotel " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/9/2011 Vote
8. My only complaint is that it's in the downtown area which can see boring for nightlife but you can easily walk or take a cab to just about anywhere.
"Beds are very comfy " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/24/2011 Vote
9. My main complaint is the tiny shower - what is hip about a shower stall that can't possibly be shared? Also, the excellent japanese fusion restaurant attached closes too early for late arrivals - go to the end of the alley to the west of the hotel to find an elegant late night italian-style fine dining option.
"What is Hip? " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/25/2011 Vote
10. My only complaint is the rooms are a little tight BUT everything else is fabulous.
"Would never stay anywhere else! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/5/2011 Vote
