6. + Really interesting decor, funky, modern, fun to look at (both public spaces and our room)- Small rooms (particularly bathrooms)+ Fantastic Robes+ Very comfortable beds- Window-unit A/C & Heat let in cold air and noise- Thin wallsI paid 100 bucks and for that price, the location and interest of the property far outweigh the negatives.
