9. You kidding me??????? I'm actually having internal conflict - is this really that big of a deal - but I didn't ask for this and the GM came to me to offer this, but I have to keep asking for it??? What sort of loser shlub does this make me feel like????I see several remarks from this same Jim that says 'we'll train our staff to etc etc' Some one needs to train him that making an un-angry customer a wildly angry customer by pulling colossally bad customer service and basically lying does not bode well for their future success.
