1. If noise is an issue, request a room away from the hotel's street side.

2. Reported about air condition issue next day (4th day) and was informed by maintenance guy that some repairs are in progress and hence chillers are shutdown in that part of building; nothing much can be done.

6. They did add the nice touch of leaving ear plugs in the bedroom, which I appreciate as it shows they are willing to think outside of the standard chain procedures to satisfy a customer issue.

7. Otherwise the hotel is nice, but the valet parking thing really irks me and I do think they should address the noise issue in certain rooms better as it appears to be a regular complaint.
