The Executive floor was the 9th floor and to reach it you need to take the elevator to the 8th floor and then walk half way along the corridor to get in another elevator from the 8th to 9th floors - might be annoying if you need to keep going back to your room/ have a lot of luggage or small children/ strollers.

3. But it was mildly annoying to have taken so much effort, even on the day of arrival, and to have our promised bed type switched out from under us at check in.
