1. This is the first time I have been disappointed with the breakfast.

2. Major disappointment was that the ice cream bars in the pantry must have melted at some point in time, because there was a puddle in the wrapper, outside the chocolate :-( They did refund the charge (we opened several and all had the same problem), but that didn't satisfy my dessert fix.

3. l We were disappointed we were not able to get reservations for 'Sky City' at the Space Needle but when we mentioned at the front desk it was done along with a special dessert sent to our table making the evening perfect.
