1. I had a minor problem with a power outlet and the engineer who fixed it was top notch.

3. I've stayed at other rooms in the Alexis and never had that problem, so I imagine it is a quirk of that particular room.

5. I replied and was honest that the hotel was great, but my experience was ruined by the problem guests and the hotel manager offered us another opportunity to try the hotel, and since we are close, we took her up on it.
