1. After we arrived home, we contacted AmEx Travel to get a refund ( which a month later we haven't received) AmEx did tell us that they had a confirmation from the Alexis for an Executive Suite room and that the booking error was the hotel's.

2. Next morning, the room was warmer than I prefer, (may have been operator error with the thermostat), within 5 minutes the maintenance guy was there prepared to assist, checked twice again to make sure we were comfortable.

3. There were a couple of clerical errors which were fixed the second we and they were great at fixed the second we pointed them out.
