I found the front desk staff to be
annoy
ed with any request we made, and we were not particularly high maintenance only asked for some extra pillows and blankets.

And the only other complaint from my friends were the guests staying above them stomping on the floors for 3-4 straight hours early in the morning which I'm told was really

Cons: room was a couple of doors from the elevator which wasn't horrible because the hotel wasn't that busy this weekend but I could see how it could be
