4. I don't have a single negative comment about this fine hotel experience, and without question will reserve a room there on my next trip to Seattle.

5. If I HAD to say something negative, it would be that one of the front desk staff must have been new to the area because of 3 times we asked her where we should go or how to get to something, she had to refer us to her coworker.
