1. Can be a bit noisy.

2. Two short comings that need to be addressed for this quality of hotel: The HVAC in our room was very noisy ( electrical contactor clanked loudly about every 15 minutes during the night when the unit came on /off and the air handler is very loud)- difficult but not impossible to address.

5. Even though the room faced Olive Street, and i thought it would be noisy, as soon as i closed the curtains the sound cut down 90% and after sunset there was hardly any traffic.

7. The only downside was that it was a bit noisy in the morning with the traffic but then it is downtown, close to everything, which is why I picked the this hotel in the first place.
