1. The only issue that we had in our 4 day stay was a snippy comment from a 20-something staff member (he could have been a waiter?) that we stopped in the lobby.

3. We arrived a couple of hours prior to check-in but the front desk was very accommodating & gave us a room immediately, with the offer that if we had any issues w/noise or location that they'd willingly move us to a different room.

8. We decided this was the place to have our wedding, during the whole process Andrew was star, he always responded back to our question / issue ASAP, treated us as if we were his only clients, even though he had 3 other major events scheduled in July.
