1. We would definitely stay here again, the staff were super friendly and helpful, and as for the downsides, we'll either try an upgraded room like the Deluxe Queen or just bring earplugs.

3. The only downside was that it was a bit noisy in the morning with the traffic but then it is downtown, close to everything, which is why I picked the this hotel in the first place.
