1. Two short comings that need to be addressed for this quality of hotel: The HVAC in our room was very noisy ( electrical contactor clanked loudly about every 15 minutes during the night when the unit came on /off and the air handler is very loud)- difficult but not impossible to address.

2. However, the shower head is difficult to deal with if you're taller than 5' 4' and would be unusable for an extended stay if you are exceptionally tall (they are fine, however, for persons of size).

8. Yes, phone servce in the hotel is not the best, but Seattle people like face to face, and the responsibilities of that SMALL front desk with that many rooms and people wearing two hats is difficult.
