1. I had delayed air travel and ended up coming in around 11pm- and had NO clue how to get to the hotel.

3. He often dithered and fussed over nothing and, at the end of the process, gave me wrong information (on a rental car) which caused a long delay to rectify.

4. The staff is unbelievable, service is efficient and professional, the only delay in any service is getting your car from the hotel valet (as they have to park it off-site).
