1. The girl at the front desk REFUSED to let me check into the room even though they had his credit card information and they had spoken earlier and come to agreement about my coming early (big deal - we do this all the time).

2. The only thing I can think of, but don't want to make a big deal about is the parfait only comes with greek yogurt, which tastes like paint/elmers glue - would be helpful to offer regular yogurt too - the greek yogurt fad is overblown.
