1. Someone from guest services was there immediately on the first night to help remedy the problem, but the only solution was to install the same, cheap, ineffective mattress pad style, too small to stay on a deeper mattress.

5. Even if changed, the linen is too small for the size of the mattress, which means it doesn't tuck in on all sides, and you wake up in a crumpled, lumpy mess instead of a smooth sheeted bed.
