1. little things: single sheet toilet paper, crudy little plastic garbage cans, one cup serving in-room coffee machines and enough lotion for 1/2 of one body is sort of irritating in a Hyatt Grand.

3. I stayed on the 8th floor and the noise level wasn't too bad, but there was either a bus stop or some sort of depot somewhere close, and the squeal of the breaks every few minutes became kinda irritating.
