1. My only problem is that their only restaurant in the hotel is a Ruth Chris and their menu is old and stale to me.

2. The check-in staff was really great and helpful, when we checked out, but we ran into a little bit of a problem with some drinks that were listed in our bill (we didn't drink anything from the fridge).

3. Someone from guest services was there immediately on the first night to help remedy the problem, but the only solution was to install the same, cheap, ineffective mattress pad style, too small to stay on a deeper mattress.

4. It's only 1 or 2 block walk to the bus stop so hopping in and out of busses is not a problem at all.

5. Loved the soak tub, and my request for bath salt was accommodated without any problems, although I am still confused as to why hotels w/ tubs don't provide bath salt/soap for this purpose without having to request it.

7. Customer service was impecable, in particular to the staff member that checked me in, Jocelyn at reception when I had a problem with my key, needed a fridge for my room and had a message to pick up, and Eric the bellhop.
