1. all the bedroom doors really slam hard when they shut which did wake me up on a few occasions, and also the walls are so thin that I got woken up by next doors alarm going off.

3. The room wasn't as spacious as ideal and IIRC the bathroom didn't have a bathtub, which I prefer, but the bed was very comfortable, the location just about perfect, and the decor modern without trying too hard.
