1. My complaints (because I get to make some, right?):- Housekeeping rang the bell obnoxiously and came in while I was indisposed in the bathroom.

4. Grand Club: Okay, I've heard a lot of complaints about their Grand Club from another travel forum, so I wasn't expecting a lot.

5. My only complaint would be that they charge for internet access which is ridiculous when you consider that I could go downstairs to the Starbucks in the clobby and use it for the cost of a cup of coffee.

6. My one complaint with the hotel itself is that the room was stunningly made up upon our arrival with multiple pillows on the bed, everything looking fresh and new but the cleaning staff did only the bear minimum each day.
