1. We had been there for 3 nights, location was good, people from front desk help us anytime, we stay in a deluxe room there are too many furniture in the room and they make it unconfortable and small, and it was very noisy, it have some scared noises at night from water pipe in the room, room was small, but nice and clean, Garage per night is $37 + taxes.

2. Compared to my colleague's room at the Crescent Hotel--which was noisy, drafty, and farther from Union Square--I'd definitely say the Warwick would be a great choice for anyone coming to the city for business.

3. On the negative side: the rooms are warm and somewhat musty-smelling, small for two people, quite noisy at night, the plumbing in the bathtub( taps leak strongly when turned on) old, and in general this place is in need of some updating and redecorating.
