1. The only minor issue I had was we booked on a Travelzoo special (which included free wifi and breakfast) and I needed to remind the desk of the freebies, but that's fairly common any more.

10. There were other minor issues - mold in a shower, not leaving a key for my guest after I had requested it (embarrassing, I had to be tracked down at dinner after he got to our hotel).
