In conclusion, this resort is amazingly beautiful with very nice rooms, lobby and facilities, but the service is one of the

We arrived at 2am after United Airlines showed us why they are the
worst
airline on the planet and got us into Hawaii 18 hours late and the people at the desk were FANTASTIC and seeing how tired we obviously were quickly got us checked in and on our way.

Warning: Those of you that are exchanging through Interval, expect a villa with the
worst
views (either facing the parking lot or oil refinery) and don't expect to be treated well just because you're a Marriott owner (they only treat owners at this resort well).
