1. Theasales pitch for the timeshares was hard, but the financial deal was terrible.

6. They have several hot tubs on the property, none of which seemed to be working 100%, the problem was with the jets, some work well, some work a little, and some don't work hardly at all.

9. Expect to be charged every time you turn around for any activities- the hard sell for the exercise classes was ridiculous- and whatever you do don't go to any of the outdoor bbq or events ( the food looked like spaghetti-os).
