When we checked out I complained that we paid more for an ocean view but our room had no view and the front desk clerk after 10 minutes did revise our rate to the non-ocan view category, but why make us even ask? Why take a room that even the front desk acknowledges has no view and try to pass it off as a view room? We only stayed here for one night on our way to Molokai - and the only reason we stayed here was to use their water slide.
